if you have carbonated at 10,2 Bars then the filling pressure should at least 10,7 Bars and if you are using air pressurized bottles lifters then the air pressure should be near 11 bars otherwise the empty bottles may lower during their pressurization just before filling then you have to relieve the CO2 pressure during the snifting stage smoothly and gradually otherwise the bottles will foam aggressively

@@mohamednagimcheikhahmed3536 The beauty of the SubCarb system is that the product pressure is around 10 bars at the inlet of SubCarb and the counterpressure at its outlet is equal to the gas pressure on the filler - 4-5 bars, therefore the length of default snifting rails is fine to realize the pressure from the container in a smooth way. Aremu, thank you for your question. This is an H&K line with a nominal capacity of 220 BPM or 13200 BPH for a 1-liter format. The speed on the video is 224 BPM, which corresponds to the nominal line speed. So, full speed ahead=)
