The initiative of the Greek Environmental Institute “Laguna Coast Foundation”, which was founded in Naxos and was later embraced by significant personalities such as Pope Francis, is now a remarkable example of how sustainability can unite nations and people. Starting from the Theological School of Chalkis, this ambitious program promotes cooperation between Greece and Turkey, creating a new model for international collaboration having sustainability as their common aim.
