I'm not sure if anyone else has already commented on this but the neocolor IIs are not in the same category/realm as the rest you are using here. They are a water-soluble wax pastel. The rest are traditional oil pastels. While they may feel somewhat similar, they're definitely not the same thing nor feel all that similar to even consider them the same or comparable. The neocolor Is however possibly could be, but their still wax pastels not oil pastels, they'll never do what oil pastels do and vice versa. Just a heads up <3
