I opened a engine twice and nothing found everything is clean and in very good condition with no signs of wear. The CCT is original i don't know how to check it and the springs of clutch basket are not checked.

Crank bearings
you have to shim on the motorcycle and check so that your camshafts and exhaust valves are the right place
curious question, Im having the same problem with my bike only its just not as loud.. when you first noticed it did it sound like it was coming from the clutch area?
Did you fixed it?
PROBLEM FOUND on the third disassembling :) bad big end bearing, after 2000km on it start knocking loudly

it should be the crank bearings for sure thats what it sounds like try changing those
Not yet, i found that the cam chain is a little bit streched, i bought a new one but have no time to replace it, maybe next week.
mine is making the same noise did u find the problem yet?
Nothing found, since last post here i was not touch the bike(no time), next month i will have a lot of time to inspect the problem, but the first thing that i will do is to change chain tensioner. Please let me know when you change your chain tensioner.
Chavdar Hristov, did you manage to find anything wrong with it. I just did a same tear down and everything also seems fine. I am waiting for a new set of chain tensioner too.
No, i think to change the camshaft chain tensioner(CCT). The bike has big end spun bearings, but now everything is brand new inside, i also changed and crankshaft bearings. The camshafts are perfect i changed the shims and set everything to the middle by the specifications intake is 0,11~0,20 mine-0,14~0,15 exhaust is 0,21~0,27 mine-0,24~0,25.
