I greatly enjoy these videos, but the volume is often so low that, even when using my headphones or bluetooth speaker on "max" volume, I still have trouble hearing it. If I could offer a piece of constructive criticism it would be to please gain up the audio signal on future uploads. Thank you

"Healthy Egoic Structure"? The ego itself is an illusion. self-acknowledgment, self-love, and self-whatever are all based on your belief in the illusory self or ego. This goes completely against Buddha's teaching. This is the result of American Buddhism becoming self-developmental or well-being-oriented positive psychology, which completely ignores Buddha's emphasis on non-self and impermanence and renunciation of attachments to gain true liberation. Not sorry, if this offends anyone but the Awakening in Buddhism is not about learning to love oneself but to achieve permanent liberation through the penetrating insight that all forms are empty; hence there's nothing to be attached, not even to a so-called "self". May you all wake up and enjoy Peace, Joy and Liberation _()_
