I just heard that boombox not only taxes their boxes but also charges S&H. They seem expensive enough, don't they? I'm pretty sure S&H is included with Brothers In Cards, plus if your order on blitz night you win something to add like free packs/bronze boxes. There a few other newer ones but gotta wait and see.
