For the Raider-Class Corv., does it cost 50 points, or 100 since it's two cards?
It is the total of what's on the two cards.

when attacking with a hardpoint, do they get an additional die if at range one?
Andy luxembourg no they do not. Hard points are secondary weapons and do not benefit from range bonuses.

I did forget to mention movement and combat. Epic ship's move after all small and large ships have activated, in PS order. In the combat phase they attack in normal intiative order based on thier PS.
