@gsmwikipedia if you buy the label directly from Shopify, the tracking number will be automatically added to the tracking details. If you purchase the label off Shopify and manually mark it as fulfilled, you can copy & paste the tracking number into the tracking field yourself.

The password it's asking for when removing a user is your own. As long as you have permissions to remove the user on the store, just enter your own password and the user should be removed.

To set up a discount for a gift card, you have to make sure your gift card is listed as a product on the front end of your store. If you haven't created that already, there is a button in the gift card section of the admin that says "Add gift card product" in the top right corner. Once you create the gift card as a product, you can apply discount codes to it just like you would any other product on the store.
