Higher level multi motor processing adding rhythm and timing which helps tremendously with higher-level processing skills.

Moving in an infinity pattern and doing head swings to visually attend to codes is high level crossing midline, multi motor processing and sensory integration task. This activity can help with communication between right and left sides of the brain which improves multitask processing and higher-level skills like reading and writing.

Higher level body codes include left and right movements and up to 3 at a time! These can be more complex if done to a metronome beat 60 bpm.
