At 5:15 you walked straight over and kicked away a Big Circuitboard. Stop and LOOK properly when entering a building. General tip when looting; If you see a monitor or a desk lamp on a table, try to grind those before the table istelf. They often get you ELECTRONICS. This is more important earlier, but still... Waste not, want not. ;-) Staying out long when looting. You're protected from the cold while in the MarsTruck. USE THAT. Work a site until you've looted everything, or it gets too cold. Then get back i nthe truck and return to base. The short time it takes to walk/run from the truck to the base entrance will not kill you. Actually, you have PROTECTION From COLD, so can stay out all night, grinding if you want. (Sleep Deprivation messages can mostly be ignored. It just reduces your stamina a bit) At 16 - 19 minutes. I honestly have no idea what you're trying to construct? Why so many Workshops, or even an additional Greenhouse? you haven't even finished building the FIRST Greenhouse. Don't Overdo the base building! Remember, every piece of base draws power that you will need to supply. A workshop draws 10KW alone. That's 120KWh extra you need to store in your battery banks. 39: You're carrying around 2x Co2 tanks and the High pressure tool, and you stored away ONE Co2 tank? These are things you store in a container near an entrance, not something you carry around everywhere. I'm guessing that you have a voice channel on Discord since there's no voiceover? You really need to add that to the recording. Even if you just add a caption here and there. At 1:06 Why are you building small Hydroponics shelves? What about the Greenhouse? It supports 3 LARGE Hydroponics shelves. you really should be focused on getting that Greenhouse finished. It's a Gamechanger for growing food. There's an incoming Solar Storm. Consider getting as much done outside as possible before it hits. 1:46: Jackhammering rocks is one way to get resources. but if you used the Improved Spectral Detector first you'd not only know what the rock consists of, but you'd also get tool experience, or possibly Electricity? but eh, bringing the Planting Tool instead is useful, I imagine? If you're mining for Resources and don't currently need tech points, leave the scrap rocks, and only break down the high-content parts. The rubble can be collected later with the ROVER, or you could even pick them up by hand and dump them in the Trucks bed, if you have a Stone Crusher to dump them in afterwards. Why the F! are you adding a Sabatier to your second Well at 1:58? The reason the first one doesn't have any O2 to fill your tank is that everything is being piped directly into your base! Installing that Sabatier increases the power draw. If you want more O2, add another Co2 Scrubber! It'll produce more than double the amount of O2 for the same power that the Sabatier uses. The ONLY Reason to use a Sabatier for O2 on a Well at your base is to fill the tanks of a ROVER. The way to redesign a base is not to 'empty out fridges and containers one by one into whatever free space exists, deconstruct those, then the rooms, build new rooms, then the machines and run around like a headless chicken, trying to find where you left your materials and whatnot'. Get hold of enough building materials that you can BUILD those new rooms first! Also, consolidate and sort out your inventory. It's all ovber the place. And for goodness sake, Minimise what you're carrying at all times! You DO NOT carry two different MREs with you. (When looting, the stack you want to carry is the standard MREs that you can find) And there's no need to carry more than one spare O2 bottle at any time. When working on or near the base, you don't even need a spare. There's absolutely NO REASON to carry a Co2 canister with you except when you're cleaning off dust after a storm. Oh, and effing TURN OFF THE WATER! Click on the tap again after filling your bottle!

you have more than one O2 and Water bottles. Stop refilling them all the time. Use the time to fix your base! The Antenna is something you really don't need to bother with until later when you're run out of more sensible things to unlock, such as the Temperature fix and the Heavy suit...

You have both a Power and a Water deficiency. your wells produce 11.something L/H during the day, but NOTHING during the night. They need 5KW power if it's a regular Well, or additional 5KW for each Sabatier you connect.(you can build 2 on one well. But no, don't ) You have too many unnecessary machines and workbenches powered on all the time. Switch them off! Then maybe your battery lasts the night. Add a battery extension or two, and more Solar panels! you want at least enough for 24Hours runing of your base. As you have several power inputs in your base you may consider building another Battery and bank of Solar cells. Redundancy is GOOD! Add some effing Airlocks between base buildings! One hit of a meteorite and you lose all the air. And it takes the heat with it. That kills your plants.(The cold, that is)

You have unlocked SPectral Detector II. Why aren't you even carrying it when heading out to mine`rocks? When going looting, all you should have in your inventory is a spare O2 bottle, a spare H2O bottle, Standard MREs(the type you find) repair kits and possibly First Aid kits. In your vehicle you can store additional O2/H2O, extra suit batteries and as little else as possible. If you bring First Aid Kits, only bring one or two. Remember they only stack in 10s. You don't bring homemade MREs if you can avoid it because they DO NOT STACK with the ones you find. By the time you have the Marstruck, Survival capsule is are really no longer needed, at least in the current version of the game. Staying up all night hardly causes any issues. Work until it gets too cold, get in the truck and drive somewhere. The thing is insulated. And the few moments it takes to exit the truck and enter your base or a survival pod won't kill you. You need to find more Tablets. EVERY Base has at least 1. You NEED the Transformer extension. (Luckily, you found that) If you missed it at any bases, revisit, and use the Scan button (Z) Or switch it to continous in the settings. There was an issue with tablets and circuitboards disappearing into the ground in earlier versions. This has mostly been fixed. If you think this has happened(or scan reveals them to be deep down) Do a QuiickSave[F5], then a Quick Load[F6] to 'lift them back up'... A full Forward Operating Base is: Survival capsule, Solar Panel, Battery and Well. If you're far from home with a ROVER and want a supply point, build a Sabatier and O2 tank instead of the survival pod. It can then slowly produce O2 for refilling the internal tanks in the Rover. Also, it needs to be located at a Watersource. DO NOT stand directly in front of one of your Solar Panels when you want to grind it down. The sparks are KILLING YOU! Stand as far to the side as possible, or on the back so the connector is facing away from you. Rebuilding your Power Grid is best done in the evening! And it needs rebuilding. What are all those Transformers for? Sabatiers are SLOW O2 producers. The ONLY reason to use them is for Refilling the Rover. Leave the Co2 Scrubber off also. Plants don't actually need to have O2. They PRODUCE IT! Each plant produces 0.29L/hour as you might have noticed when you mouseover a plant. A full Incubator(20 plants) produces 5.8L/Hour. A Well with a Sabatier needs 10KW, not 7.5 To place the Greenhyouse; it needs flat ground. You may be able to place it on the end of the second workshop, if you use a 'Levelling corridor' to go down a bit. Or you could try on the side of the base that's away from the Waterspot. Some machines such as wells, sabatiers and standing tanks can lock on to each other even before you build them. Saves a lot of time when you're trying to place something. Put in airlocks between major parts of the base One Meteorite strike and you lose all the air and the heat at the same time. That kills any plants you have growing. Your Water system is in a mess. One Well doesn't get enough power, the other doesn't get any at all, so they can't produce at night. You were grinding down and rebuilding wells. That dumps all the water in their tanks! You have FULLY GROWN Potatoes in the Hydroponics beds. They're using 6L/Hour that you don't have, unnecessarily. you have 74.something power usage. (74 x 12Hours darnkness is 888KWh. 75 x 12 is 900KWh) and a single 990KWh battery. Which also supplies power to the well(but too little) and to the ATV(doesn't draw anything right now as it's fully charged) But you're GENERATING 208KW, so you should be able to support 104KW/h usage, That would require a 1248KWh battery, though. Upgrade your battery, then fix the mess with your water situation. Also, STOP LETTING THE WATER RUN! It's effing annoying!

Workbench issues trying to repair Circuitboards. Known issue. Can be solved by saving and logging out and restarting the game. Annoying, but not a complete game breaker. At least they fixed the earlier bug; where repairing a broken board wouldn't work if you already had another board of the same size in inventory. You could place it on the board, unsolder the broken components and solder in new ones, but as soon as the card returned to inventory, it was broken again.

Why the focus on Repair kits? I mean, you already have 6 of them! Build the bl**dy Workshop, with 2 airlocks. Build 4 solar panels and connect them to an ECU.(Nick the working Small Circuitboard from your ATV) and connect that to the workshop. By now you should have or be very close to unlocking the WorkBench. Build one in the Workshop and you can repair not just your tools, but the broken Small Circuitboard, too. On your second base loot, did you try CROUCHING when attempting to get into that pod? No, you used the same approach again and again. Turn OFF the bloody Faucet! Why did you build the Incubator and the Hydroponics shelves? It's no use planting anything before you have a 24/7 power supply(batteries) While the battery is badly placed(you'll find out why later), why didn't you finish building it? You just needed a couple of packs of screws, something you could easily have made in the 3D printer in the pod.

Mining just Silicon is a bad idea. You need other minerals, also. In the beginning, before you have SPectral Detector II, Jackhammer out just ONE ore, and look at it(mineral info shows up in your lower lefthand corner). If it's not something you need just then, LEAVE IT and go to another boulder! Day/night and when it's too cold to go outside is in the FAQ, which you were told to read. Examine your Tablet computer. Game Time doesn't pass while reading it, so there's no reason not to. There was something in one of the airlocks of the abandoned base. And a LArge Circuitboard on a desk on the top floor...
