I would question what are the actual certificate of deposits minimum and other requirements. The gentleman did not cover that. Also, which banks. Careful with the banks, carabelitas as Dominicans call them, are unreliable and dangerous banks. Love your Instagram and now this UA-cam channel, but careful about what info you share. Please make sure you present the betted information. I have been researching this topic for many months now and I have never seen any bank pay those high interests, not even close. Real reliable banks. Do your own due diligence. Later on he mentioned the reliable banks, but which are offering CDs above 4%? Just looking out for your reputation. Last comment.. The lady did not understand most of your questions.

Bro I literally went through similar issues with my house in Cleveland and in CT. Living in NY made managing them a bigger headache. Im just long-term investing in the stock market as well as trading CC, CSP, and the wheel. Sleep way better now and will probably never go back to real estate unless it's a Reit. Keep your head up
