    Instead of n+1 you can use first number plus last number. n+1 only works for the first x numbers while first number plus last number works for any arithmetic sequence.

    This video was way better than the other 10 I tried to watch explaining the harmonic mean. Antell explained the intuition behind the harmonic mean rather than just calculating it with a formula. The intuition is what is difficult to grasp and Antell developed it in an accessible way in this video. I hope you are a maths teacher now.

    I've revised for optimal coherence in terms of minds like mine: F = T/2 × T × B ... if I want it in idiot jargon instead of making it comprehensible to all minds. That breakdown means Focus(objective you seek) = half of Target multipled by that target times it's Base number. I wonder now, can Volume be determined via V = H/2 × H × Base? ... not good at math and won't google before sending this thought... So, yeah! Focus = Focus divided by two, multiplied by Base of focus is how I see "N/2 (N + 1)....

    My internal dialogue turns this into: Half target number(to be solved) times target number + 1st number(in series/consecutive order) = expanded firm of target number, "21" being the expanded form or "true value" of "6" in the series/"consecutive numbers" up to 6. Or: "Half(target) times first and last(target)." ... Which doesn't make ant sense as a thing to communicate to others becausd it just describes the flow of impulse as abstraction happens to render the solution, it's just my inner noise. I am so glad to have absorbed this. I use it for my excercise citcuit, so far I can make it to 27, which is 388 reps of each excercise in the circuit, not 378 because my first 5 sets ate 5 reps each, it's only the 6th set onward that required me to learn this formula you taught me. I mean you no disrespect, it realky is a pain to learn anything when the teacher is comstantly gasping and riding tangents on top of the pain that is his or her gasping. You did a great job in minimizing both distractimg and painful attributes of being intellectual(annoying) instead of direct~clear and easy to understand.

    You mouth-breathers never get directly to the point and you keep gasping on the way to make any point. Every gasp you make is an asault on my central nervous system and restriction against me being able to process any point you think you are making. It's your kind that turned me off the path of education after grade 7, it's just too cruel to hear you trying to communicate anything and your framework is ALWAYS littered with redundant tangents in appeal to "good humor" or some such worthlessness. Even with all that, this is the least painful aka mist coherent mouth-breather explanation and I can use it to understand rather than just suffer with nothing gained from the exposure to the gasping and tangent riding nature of a mouth-breather. Thank you for your effort(I still suffered but you make it less painful than exposure to typical mouth-breathers). I am not typing this to "be an ass," nor be unjustly rude, the pain is real.

      “You mouth-breathers never get directly to the point”. Son, you lack self awareness. Or were you projecting yourself? Either way, you should really be much nicer to yourself 👍🏾

    I had a dream and i have seen all numbers in 3d space, and i realized we are doing a mistake when we say half of 10 for example is 5. Half of 10 is 5.5 or half of 11 is 6 or half of 12 is 6.5 and so on. Why is this important, when you want to calculate the sum of all numbers between two numbers lets say 1 to 10, you will take half of 10, which is 5.5 and multiply it with 10. Or 1 to 1 billion, 500.000.000,5 x 1 000 000 000 That is it.

    • @antell6327
      @antell6327 3 роки тому

      That's because this formula assumes that you're counting from 1. A way to solve 31+32...+40 would be to calculate the sum from 1 to 40 and then subtract the sum from 1 to 30. Hope this helps :)

    • @antell6327
      @antell6327 3 роки тому

      I haven't looked at harmonic means in like 3 years but according to the formula, it seems like you just plug in 2/(1+7) and the result is 0.25. Hopefully this helps :)

    I remember in sophomore highschool my pre calc teacher told our groups to add all the numbers from 1 to 100 everyone was talking about adding each number one at a time but I was telling my group there must be some sort of pattern. I ended up doing a similar thing that Gauss did I noticed that there was 49 pairs of 100 and a 100 and a 50. So I added 4900+100+50=5050 Teacher called me mini Gauss
