Just started a new save file in this world and so far I like it! I'm letting Story Progression populate the town while playing as a family I created. The biggest issue I am seeing so far has been routing issues with sims outside of my active family, but the town is still working on growing.

The social group influences are so underrated. 10,000 points for a free trait?! Maybe it doesn't apply to everyone but I've always had a bit of trouble with social groups outside of the university town. There's the methods you mentioned but it can be quite a build up with not a lot to do to gain influences. As a person who plays the game realistically, a lot of points go unspent, so 10k for a free trait is such an easy cop.

Awesome-looking world! Reminds me so much of those Italian cities I used to visit. Too bad it's unpopulated though. :/

This world is so pretty! The landscaping is so well done. And I love that they recolored the rabbit holes to match the world.

It really looks very cute and beautiful. The creator of the city approached his creation very responsibly and scrupulously. I like this approach, but... overall it’s a little boring, as is the case with the aforementioned Monte Vista. Something is missing for complete delight. There are a lot of residential buildings here, but not a single bar. A tranquil Italian rural idyll? But at least one decent tavern could have been created... Or better yet, two. To make it a little more fun. And I'm not a big proponent of cities without inhabitants. Then I have to create them myself; in a couple of cases I did this with cities I liked, but it was long and tedious.

Omg this is so pretty.. I'm thinking about downloading it and moving my Monte Vista family here!

This is the house my household is currently in (on the rare occasions I play Sims 4). If you're looking to save money, the big windows in the kitchen could be made smaller so the counters aren't covering them. I know the bigger windows look good from the outside, but it's not very realistic for the inside. Also the huge window in the bathroom with the toilet right in front of it seems like a waste of money. Nobody I know wants to take a poop in front of a big window. That way you could afford to put the big windows in the dining and living rooms where they make more sense.

this is literally my fav lot in the whole game (i dont own every world tho lol) its like the only house i love playing in aside from the lot right by it thats behind the bridge. the base home is ugly yes but i think thats part of the reason why i love playing in it because i just love fixing it up with each of my sims personal touches!!! i love what you did with the build!!!!!

Starter homes are meant to be cheap. Your home is not cheap. Looks good, but Not cheap.

The EA builds in Oasis Springs are some of the worst in the entire game. Your title is spot on!

CJ, I usually really love your decorating videos but this one gave me major anxiety. Your placement of some objects... the toilet in front of the big (needlessly expensive) windows? Counters covering half of the big windows in the kitchen? Why not smaller windows? Also, I'd feel so uncomfortable on those couches, not only because they are ugly but how close they are facing each other. My gawd man! (still love ya)

I love this guys videos EXCEPT it drives me crazy that he completely ignores windows when he's placing things like toilets and counters. A toilet in front of floor to ceiling windows??? I watch a ton of these videos and he's always doing this. Cj! The windows! I beg you to consider the windows!

As a New Englander, I do really love the look of this pack and the style of homes. And the creepy 'Pet Sematary' they included. The feel of home is the main reason I bought this pack.

I think I have the entire store and those flowers and CD racks are showing up for me, too! I was so curious, I had to download it. 😂 Really strange! Maybe it's some CC. Also the creator used the same photo for a few of their other worlds, too, so one of them might be that mountainous city world. But I like all the hidden things and a lot of the lots are a combination of rabbit holes, so it looks neat.

She could hook up with her boss and have her get pregnant by him! She could tell him that she's pregnant and have them date, but eventually break up before the baby is born. 💖 Drama!!

One of my biggest gripes is the people on the dating app tend to be already married. I it would be nice if someone made a mod that would let us set the percentage of married on the dating app, like maybe one in 10 because not everyone in the town should be a cheater, and it would be a lot easier to find singles that way. I think Sonny's living conditions might be the result of not having a crib for the child. Usually it has to do with not enough beds not enough of the right kind of beds - unless you have a mod that kicks them out if they can't afford the house. I never knew you could skip graduation.
