      @oliviabioniwellness3343 9 місяців тому

      I couldn't find this on the National Pilates Certification Program website, but in my 2014 version of the exam study guide it says that the test is 150 questions, 125 of those questions are scored (the other 25 are testing questions for future exams and don't count toward your score, but you don't know which questions those are), and you have to get 94 of the 125 questions correct to pass. That's 75.2%.

    Hey there, do you have moments of silence during your teaching? Talk less? I feel i try to fill those pauses maybe because i feel uncomfortable with silences

    • @oliviabioniwellness3343
      @oliviabioniwellness3343 Рік тому

      I do have moments of silence while teaching. Silence can seem uncomfortable to teachers (because aren't we supposed to be teaching?), but to our clients who are working through those challenging exercises, those moments of silence let them get into their flow state and notice things and explore things. Silence can be great!
