When I'm not helping my clients with their Real Estate in the Toronto GTA area, Mississauga,Oakville, Brampton, Ontario. I enjoy making and playing/singing music. I have performed all my life and, next to helping people find their "Dream Home", music is what I love most! I have had the pleasure of singing with Linda Ronstadt, The Nylons, and for members of the Royal Family.

It's Christmas again and I'm glad to hear it again!🤗
This is the first time I have ever seen Toronto Condo market decrease in price, and the availability skyrocket. Great time to get a first purchase and thanks for sharing those stats. GTA is still going nuts around me with the Condo market seemingly moving in to bigger spaces. I agree a massive 50% drop right now just doesn't seem likely, unless real estate is tied to the stock market? which they also will come crashing down this year.
