Yes you can but for the best, try as much as you can for the warning to be removed before going for set up. This is because when you apply for monetization, they will review your page and search for anything that goes agaïnst their policy and once they find that issue that made them give you warning, they will reject your application.

Remember there's live ads monetization so as long as you still operate the page, you should be going live on the page and going live now that the page is having issues will help facilitate the quick resolve. When you send Facebook the report, they will check and see that you are very active on the page, they will review it fas enough and resolve the issue.

They will remove it after reviewing the report you sent to them.

I don't have a page, what I have is account on professional moode. Facebook stopped recommending me since last year and I have limited engagement on posts. Due to Adult violation video I posted on my reels . I don't know how else to resolve it
