I saw them do Hot Off The Grill. Vocally, that song was heavy as fuck. It also seemed like a completed song. I hate that it never made it on an album.

I love American Sleep. I had no idea they played it again fairly recently. I'd go nuts if I saw it live.

Thanks very much for this tremendous effort to document the early era. I didn't get into Clutch til 2002 or so but this material shows the brew of funk, hard rock and badassery that made them one of the great bands, and uncategorizable beyond just awesome.
