@Savita Murray, thank you for asking this question. It's almost impossible to change the color of a black clothing item. If you wanted a different color, you would have to bleach it first and get out all the dyes that went into making the fabric black. But, it usually only works if the fabric is 100% cotton or natural fibers.

I've always been told that the plastic from the cleaners can cause your clothes to yellow over a period of time...
Aloha Bev, yes thank you for your comment. A lot of plastics do yellow that's why it's important to check on the condition of the plastic every now and then, because if it starts to yellow make sure to take that plastic off of your clothes right away.

Aloha TiticatFollies, thank you for asking. Unfortunately most of the time you would have to cut the elastic out and replace it with a longer elastic. I wish it was as simple as using some kind of extender like the one I used in this video. You could call a seamstress in your area and see if they could help you. Let me know what you think. Let me just start off by saying that if you have jewelry that you really love and want to wear-wear it even if you aren't sure if they go together, because sometimes when we have jewelry that just makes us happy-then that's all that matters. But when it comes to knowing and understanding how jewelry looks on you and how they go together is a little different. Usually gold and silver jewelry look best if they aren't worn at the same time, unless the piece is created together with the gold and silver as one. Gold has a different look and feel just like silver has a different look and feel-not only visually, but energertically as well.
