It was really entertaining to watch you guys :)
I'm having pustule/whiteheads after microneedling on my cheeks ...what to do?
Which university did u go to and what do you work with .Did you graduated?Do they have graduations ceremony at your university?
I studied and graduated from Luleå tekniska universitet and now I’m continuing to study at another school. My graduation ceremony were very small and simple but I believe other programs have other type of ceremonies ☺️
Grymt bra!!
I lost my virginity to my Swedish teacher when I was 14
Du lyste upp min helg med din aura, fortsätt vara dig....
All thanks to Dr.uwenboherbalhome who carefully assessed my condition, taking it into consideration my symptoms, persistent smell. He then formulated alternative treatment for my Halitosis, Hyperthyroidism symptoms & hyperhydrosis(hands, feet’s,armpit) completely..Thank you Dr.uwenboherbalhome …💨💨💨💨
Straight to the point as you are Swedish can you tell me what exactly is happening in Sweden since the media shows that Sweden is no longer a safe country which it used to be because of mass illegal immigration and asylum seekers(Muslims).
It’s not like that. I mean, yes. There is a lot of shooting and gangs, but not as bad as media says. I live in Sweden and have all my life, and never ever encountered a gang.
Honestly i thought the blonde was swedish for sure, until she had to say seven in swedish (sju), but Jesus she's so damn good in pronouncing swedish words

Having a reaction to the skin pen now, it’s awful.
I am only 16 years from india and i get embarrassed every time when go to school , I can't even write anything. 😢
I have the same reaction like yours .
I’m sorry to hear that. I wish you a speedy recovery and hoping you feel much better very soon!
If anyone came on here to see if they are experiencing the same thing and to look for answers, just know YOU WILL BE FINE AND THERE WILL BE NO PERMANENT DAMAGE!! I had the exact same thing happen to me and my reaction might’ve been a little bit more worse. I had yellow film around my mouth (dermatologist confirmed it was not an infection if you see yellow), my lymph nodes were swollen but immediately once I got on prednisone on day 4, my face started to heal. It took 4 days after that for the bumps to completely go away, and then another 3 days to stop peeling and shedding. I’m at day 15 now and the redness and discoloration is completely gone, thought I still face the occasional itchiness in some parts of my face. Since the itchiness is slowly going away I know it will go away eventually but it’s taking it time. I’m sorry to all that this has happened to, but our faces will return to normal soon ❤
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve also had to go through this. But I’m happy that you’re recovering and feeling better now 🤗
I too face same problm
I’m sorry to hear that 😔 I hope you’ll recover and feel better soon!
Hi thanks for sharing. I am going through the same but with severe pigmentation on top 😢 I wondered did it damage your skin barrier in terms of texture and dryness and how longvdid it take to repair? My skin looks 10 years older😢
I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through this 😔 unfortunately I can’t be to much help because it’s been so long since I went through it and can’t remember those details. But today my skin is doing really well and I don’t experience any damage. I wish you the best of luck with your recovery 🫶🏼
You're not alone pretty souls❤❤❤
You are so beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing your story, hope life is going amazing for you ❤

Jag måste bli en del av din familj, så jag kan fira jul med er och äta upp all choklad 🥰

Så svensk är mitt modersmål och jag älskar den här video! Så underhållande och hon reaktion till ”sju var rolig.😆 Kärlek från Jönköping
Looks lovely, summer seems so far away now, especially in Scotland where I am!
Thanks and I agree, we definitely have something to look forward to now when it’s colder and darker!
Från förra vintern hoppas jag?
Ja det är det 😄
From my observation, the bumps grow where the needles pierced into my skin, this making thousand of bumps on my face now. Reddish & itchy. Will it leave scars after Healing?
I just had this reaction 7 days after derma rolling, thats wierd because my 1st & 2nd treatment was fine. Anyways, I just came back from the Dr. with some meds. Hopefully I will recover fast😢.
OMG 🤣🤣🤣🤣
she is such a pretty girl
the brunette is gorgeous
I have dealt with this same issue for just about all of my life, and I am 33. Look into Dermadry. It is life changing. It is not all in your head, I used to think that I had anxiety and that there was no way out of this condition. My hands, feet, and armpits would be wet everyday for just about the whole day. I recommend iontopheresis machine from Dermadry. It works and will change your life!
Vi tenderar även att dubbla orden när vi hälsar,. typ Hej hej , morrn morrn, Goddag goddag, tjena tjena osv.
This was very well put together! You just earned yourself a subscriber. I'm thinking of visiting Luleå this winter - what time of year was this filmed?

Var i nuet och acceptera dina känslor utan att uppslukas av dem. Inte alltid lätt, men naturen är alltid läkande.

Awe thank you for your sweet comment Millie 🥰 I’m glad to hear that you like the activity jar!
Those are all very good ideas, and as usual Ingrid, you provide another video of what I'd call "cozy knowledge". :) Some other things that I do or have heard work are... * - Plants in the house. Studies show that indoor plants not only relieve depression; but even in an office setting, it increased focus and performance * - Create a sleep routine. When we're depressed, we tend to sleep a lot, but the sleep isn't quality (often times when depressed, the brain is in overdrive!). Getting a routine for sleep and doing things like keeping the room cool, replacing a phone with a book 2 hours before bedtime, etc. leads to deeper sleep and a more alert and happier person to start the day. * - Eating walnuts and anything probiotic (yogurt especially), works to boost moods and lower depression I also try often to learn something new. Especially during Covid, learning new languages was a nice distraction and kept the brain challenged. Talking to new people as well helps; sometimes it's just a new voice or story that changes a day (be it a work meeting or just out and about). And definitely stay away from alcohol and/or politics when depressed! 😂
Thank you for your suggestions, all your ideas are great! And I love that you describe my videos as “cozy knowledge” ☺️
👌🏻💐😊
I LOVE that idea!!! I'm going to try it 🥰
Yaaay this makes me so happy to hear!! 😍
Here are some suggestions what you can do: Sing/Play or learn to play an instrument Sketch or paint with watercolours Smell cut flowers or Light some incense sticks or scented candles Browse art books Visit museums, Art galleries or visit historical sites Listen to recorded ocean waves and recorded Nature/Forest sounds Learn some crafting, like making historical clothes Meditate Take walks in Nature
Thank you for sharing your ideas, I love all of these suggestions and will add some of them to my activity jar! 🤩
