Your heart voice
When we speak from a defensive stance that is our ego ready to go to battle over our values. When we speak from our heart space this is our truest voice and it is much easier for others to understand us and help move through challenges and conflict. Speak from your heart in response rather than your ego in a reaction. You’ll find greater peace at the end of it. Even if you can’t agree, it will still feel calm and peaceful because it’s understanding one another and seeing each others truth.

Compassion that's the biggest part of me and sometimes think it becomes a weakness in some way by making me too soft
We need more gentle hearts and compassionate minds. Too soft is not a thing. Strong boundaries is the most important
