Could Papa John Creach make that violin sing or what! He for sure was one of the most under rated artist in my life time. First heard him in 1974 (I was 18) the album was "Filthy". I loved it, had two copy's. Have no idea what happened to them but I am looking for another. Jose, thanks for posting this.

Guitar Boogie is a compilation album of old blues songs played by Clapton, Beck & Page when they were young and unknown. All seperate recordings made in early 60s. The liner notes are phenomenal, i think written by Lester Bangs. I have an original copy in storage somewhere

I'm from a time when people lent out their albums and "borrowed" albums from others. Often, they weren't returned, or you didn't return them. Somehow, this record found its way into my collection. This was around 1972-3, so you have to understand that I was listening to the Beatles, Doors, Clapton, Yes, Moody Blues, and stuff like that. This was not my usual listening choice. I was hooked immediately upon hearing this track. I played the record until it couldn't be played anymore. Truly sorry, I don't have a copy of it today.
