GW - Observatory Street in Oxford is like Notting Hill's Colorful Homes - 4K
Observatory Street is one of the most sought-after streets within Central North Oxford/Walton Manor. It provides good access to Oxford city centre, North Oxford, Summertown, and the amenities of Walton Street, including boutique shops, cafes, and the Phoenix Cinema. Oxford mainline station offers regular services to London Paddington and Marylebone, and Oxford Parkway to the north provides additional transport links.
Observatory Street, developed from 1834 mainly consists of terraced houses directly on the street, many characterized by brightly painted stuccoed fronts in a variety of colours, especially on the south side of the street, which is very late Georgian. Once built as small dwellings for poorer inhabitants of Oxford, often workers on early railway and canal construction, the houses now command high prices because of the central location of the street, within easy walking distance of the city centre and close to the Oxford University Humanities and Mathematics site on the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter.

Why are there Palestine flags and protesters? That is not necessary for ashura day. Why Arabic languages? It is the UK. Talk English, then everyone can understand you. No understanding gives bad feelings and wrong thoughts about this remembering.
UK is a melting pot, where we have seen different religious processions, from Holi to Eid being celebrated on the streets. There were lots of participants handing out flyers which said "what is going on today?" and explained everything in English. We understood that Palestinian flags were there to compare the suffering of the Palestinian civilians with that of the suffering of Hussain. So they were drawing parallels between the suffering of the people.
