I owned one from 99-2008 and sold it when it started getting unreliable. I recently bought another one and am thrilled to have it again. I missed it, it's my favorite combo organ.

I've been to Keyboard Exchange MANY times in the 80''s and 90's. I'll wager that thing was sitting in the back room at K.E. and I've played it. There was a million old synths nobody wanted in that back room such as ARP Odysseys, Omni, Chroma Polaris, organs, and other nonsense. Polymoogs, etc...It was that weird time when everyone abandoned analog and went to samplers and digital.

Seems Steely Dan (Donald Fagen) used the YC-30 in the solo of "do it again".

I had a YC-30 in 1975-1976, on Long Island. I often wonder if it's still out there. I just got a Reface YC with a YC-45D modeled. I'm checking to see how close it sounds.

You just sold me. I had talked myself out of one. Vintage machine, lots of cheaper options. But this machine speaks to me, loudly, and she insists we were made for each other.
