hrt… start with hrt, and after 3 months make the same video, and if you’re still not happy sure look for other options, but hrt saved my life, my skin looks better, i feel so good, but most of all i really don’t care that much anymore… be well and i wish you all the best!

Eggs contain about 40 mcg per egg. The recommended level is 120 mcg daily. I take D3 in winter months and eggs for K2.

In our GP surgery in Cahir only one does and even she didn’t get my symptoms but kept giving antidepressants instead. I still have my uterus yet she wants to prescribe me oestrogen only . She could potentially kill me by causing cancer with her incompetence. I have to google listen and study this myself before going there and telling what I want and why do I want it . This is scandalous 😡
