Folks keep downplaying & overlooking just how well and enthusiastically the Thunder play defense. The thing I've noticed, and, very much appreciated about the team this year, is how there ISN'T a Luka Doncic or a LeBron James, a player who is so offensively-focused, or, personal stats-focused, that you regularly catch them not fully participating on defense. From Shai, Lu, on down, this team ENJOYS how when they clamp down, all five, other teams just seem to unravel, lose their bearings, and, next thing you know, we've got another win. Even when the Thunder's offense isn't clicking on all cylinders, the defense keeps the other team close enough that when the offense eventually smooths things out, it's usually a done deal. Games when the offense is on,...we just KILL those teams.

If OKC is at full strength with everybody healthy I really don't see what they could possibly need. There are no weak links on the team except for Caruso's offense which has been extremely inconsistent but he usually makes up for that with what he gives the team defensively (he also is injury prone). I would just leave the team as it is for now.
