Thank you for these video's. They are very helpful. I use them for practical ways to start living my life. Im of the practical, scientific principles, and i dont judge people who believe in god etc but its not a god or religious comparisons people use when commenting on here. The Bible is completely fiction and no scientific basis to it or actual proof. The world wasn't created in 7 days. It took billions of years to create and wasn't anything to do with god but instead is called a thing called evolution

The only thing we can control is our thoughts and emotions. 1. Let go of negative destructive thoughts and emotions avoid impulsive words and actions . 2. Focus on the present. You have no control of the past and the future as well as actions of others. 3. Be aware of your emotions from negative thoughts. Focus on positive thoughts, full of hope, optimism and success. 4. Challenge your negative thoughts with concrete evidence. Mindfulness to do your best at the present. 5. Repetitive: focus on positive thoughts to have positive emotions.

Oh this philosophy has helped me a lot, try it, I doubt that you will be disappointed, it's helped me manage how I view the world and my reactions to it, I'm to sensitive, I needed something that helped my ridiculous brain rummage through the issue and adjust the way I react to things.
