Never give up bro, never
Don't be scared to hit each other or to get hit. It's part of the sport
I love to see these sparring videos where you can clearly tell that those two are or really good friends or really good teammates!
It’s so crazy to see how most people that are new to this have absolutely no fighting IQ at all. Not even any common sense… Most don’t even keep their hands up, can’t even throw a decent punch, and don’t know how to stand in a proper stance. The form, combos, technique, and footwork all come with training yes. But to think most men out there walking the street have this “im a bad ass. I could whoop anyone’s ass mentality”, the reality is they’d preform even worse than these fellas in this video. I just had a conversation with my neighbor the other day where he said he’s “pretty sure he could take on 3 dudes” as he was struggling to breathe after walking up the 5 steps to my front door.
I would suggest sparring full speed 20% power Helps with more realistic fights n timing. This slow speed session is more for new to sparring and for basic cardio and conditioning Play fighting not sparring But based off how they punch and kick ya, new.
Bruh. What is that spin.... This isn't Hollywood. You should have gotten knocked on your feet every time you face away from your opponent
guy in the blue shirt watch your hand when you throw your jab since you tend to drop it every time. guy in the white should try being less stiff and since he is kinda big i would recommend long guard
why are you wearing helmets?
Hhaha exactly they hit like my litlle sister
I don't want to sound negative, but I started doing MMA half a year ago, and we always spar without helmets (we've actually never used them). And I was thinking like what is the reason why you use it. The hits are not that strong to cause head concussions, and you won't get used to getting hit, so it only makes you weaker, in my opinion.
good work keep it up🔥
clean ass kick @0:22
kicked him after the glove touch lol
Thanks for the encouragement brother❤
cool
So good! Lots of contact lots of respect!
Nice
Its like singlet is sparing some fresh into the gym and records it lol

good way to get injured no shinpads

honestly hate hard muai thai sparring , just dont feel comfortable at all . but if were able to add takedowns and grabbing a hold of the other opponent and just maul the shit outta of them im in hehe
corny
Keep it up!

Baldur
(Æsir noises)
Nice, controlled sparring
Buy some shinpads and kick with your shins!
It's light sparring. And if they don't have shin pads, it's safer to hit with your feet
@@hypnoticskull6342 They will develop bad habits, you'll not hurt anyone with those foot kicks unless you kick them in the head. And if you kick someone hard and hit their elbow you will break your foot.
I'm more concerned that his wearing socks
@@Angelsmightcry they seem to have plenty of grip
@@hypnoticskull6342 which is why they should buy shin pads. Kicking like this will ingrain it as a habit which will be difficult to unlearn later down the line.
Florida?
Keep going👊
No offense but it doesn’t look like either of you have spent time in a real kickboxing gym .
Shin guards are good... or else you can't actually commit to any real kicks like these guys. Also, you can't practice proper defensive techniques like checking leg and body kicks without injuring your sparring partner.
The guy in blue needs to work on that defense(including guard)
Good Video, thanks for the upload!
some dogshit kickboxing
This is the best way to enjoy and perform the technics
00:37 *When you wanna kick your gf* KICK
No shinpads 🤦🏻♂️
its not that bad, they are going light enough enough times to not cause serious damage and they did not have a shin to shin or shin to elbow or shin to knee so their shins are 100% fine
nice sparring session. i can tell the guy in black is more experienced
W
Buy a shin pad,you guys can rent a building but can't buy a sinpads?,its dangerous and not worth if ubguys get injury before competition
