It's so refreshing to hear someone in fitness talk about the impact of social media realistically. In your experience, what are the effective ways to scale a fitness business without losing the personal touch ?
That's a great question! You have to decide your goals. For scaling, is it that you want multiple locations, to hire other instructors, or to grow your fitness offerings? I think the biggest thing is being authentic to you. For example, for me, I don't want to own a brick and mortar because I'm worried the business operations will overtake my time and I want to use my energy for classes. Could this change? Sure! It's good to re-evaluate your business goals every year.

Love love love this! When I am stuck, a sense of gratitude gets me moving again. I tell myself that I am blessed and so very fortunate to have the capability to be able to move and that there are some people out there who don’t have mobility or have limited mobility who would love to be able to get up and move their bodies. And I should be grateful that I can.
