The first one didn't go all the way ,cut the spending , they should go with all floors marbles flooring instead that woody wood everywhere as make the place little dark & cheaper looks ... is beautiful house, just that dark woody wood everywhere didn't like , for paying MILLIONS after millions PAYING big money, u don't wanna see woods everywhere, specially fine expensive quality mansion in Cali like this, anyway good luck whoever likes that, BUT LOVED the second house location & views & that's the million dollar view , such as the first house didn't have that eighter! between these 2 houses i have to choice ..I'll take the second house in heart beat👌👍
