Thank you man! I had another problem at the end but this is a nice up to date tutorial that is actually useful. At the end of the day my problem was the date and time of my HomeAssistant somehow was 48 Hours behind.

Can you do this with ring cameras?
Unfortunately no. Frigate needs a 24/7 camera live stream to analyse the footage for tracking / detection but Ring cameras do not support 24/7 streaming capability.
