    I’m glad you got certified I got lucky enough to get trained on the job without the certification. With 6 years of experience I’ll definitely feel like my pay would go up

    Great review, I agree with everything you said. I'm a 6,2 male and I ve worn the se clogs for 26 years. I actually whore these on my wedding. Please get an insole for these shoes, or else you'll be very unhappy. The price hasn't seemed to have changed much, my first pair was $100.

    The surgical technology exam says that there will be 91 perioperative questions. Will those questions be like the 700+ questions in the Perioperative section of the Lange app? Or will they be like the the 900+ questions in the Anatomy section of the Lange app? Thanks in advance

    Uncertified for 12 years, just passed today. Big up to all my fellow ST’s. If you haven’t passed, or keep coming up short. Just follow his advice on taking the practice tests DAILY. I heard a random questionnaire in my car on the way to the exam. I heard 4 answers in that alone, and since I was very alert in my car they were basically freebies. You got this 👌🏽

      @@lyriachase was it hard finding a job uncertified? I'm getting out of the Army very soon where I was trained as a an ST and did not pass my CST when we took it. I'm really worried about how hard it will be to find a job if I'm still uncertified by the time I get out

      @@pazramirez971 I did a lot of online practice test. Like propofs, gotest prep and just one book called ST certifying exam study guide. The test was mind-bending!

    The point you bring up about being a traveling surgical tech makes no sense to me, how will you know where each facility keeps their supplies? How would you build professional rapport with surgeons and other surgery teams?

      @@parriscreations2951 I wish I remembered I took it last November. Hoping working in the field the last year is helping as COVID kind of delayed my learning. Anesthesia, sterilization, and some anatomy physiology pharmacology stuff I need mote practice. I keep watching this video when I feel doubtful to remind myself that I can do it

      To each is own but ur somewhat protected we wear lead . In my opinion surgical technology is a great stepping stone to get you to the next level

      @@parriscreations2951 It's super-revealing that you find it easier to put up with the occupational hazards (blood & guts, infections, heavy lifting, radiation, deafening noise) than to put up with other people in the OR.
