12fps Its just a random country (you decide what it is) and it gains land, loses it, and because the independent land gets hit by a nuke so the unknown country leaves to be safe, as the nuke leaves the screen
If voting didn't stop, I would've voted for Meebkin because he's the only one without a friendship, and it would be sad to see a friendship broken up.
