Finally someone who can actually explain the concept behind taking care of the plant. I thank you for your time and effort to explain all the prons and cons of it. Mine dropped half of the leaves and people are telling me I did not give enough water. Do not know what to do. I understand that the soil is hard and it must be hard for the plant to breathe 😢. Lovely ! I live at high altitude/deep snow country of California. Just today I was splitting and transplanting ferns and Spirea in a shady woodland along part of our pathway...... Wonderful how we are at far reaches of our globe yet tending and beautifying our homes and land prior to winter snowfall. Our temperatures just began to drop over the past couple weeks and the transplanting and propagation season begins with a smile on my face.
