I ate one meal a day (omad) for a week – AGAIN! Doing OMAD after failing the first time ...
There are countless tools that people use to lose weight and manage their eating habits. Intermittent fasting is one that I’ve always been curious about and interested in. In this video, I’ll be eating one meal a day for a week which is an intermittent fasting protocol known as OMAD. Omad actually stands for one meal a day.
I’ve actually done omad before about a year ago but failed after two weeks. I felt like it was too hard and I was always hungry. I really hope I feel different about it this time around.
This is me getting back to something I believe can help me with my weight loss goals and I’m giving it another try.

    My husband said the chair is good to start out but as u get the hang of it and u lose the chare it will work our bottom more. I have to use chare too I cant do squats like him yet
