The 230 was a nice flying airplane. Handling quality's went down hill from there. Roll rate is not everything.

Spin recovery is not that difficult, however try it in cloud when your disorientated, training on your turn and balance indicator will make sure you know which way your spinning, such a simple instrument but will save your life. ignore the ball and concentrate on the wing down.
