These Biodiesels do seem to go faster than the steam engines. No offense to them. I do enjoy steam engines the most. And that’s what I choose to push me up Mt Washington for the first time I go. I don’t care how slow they go. I’m in no hurry to get to the summit and back down.

Thanks......I always enjoy "being on" Mt. Washington. Years ago, I hiked up it...then walked down the road. Several years after that my daughter and I hiked up and down. Several years later my wife and I drove up and down. I remember how good the chili was, especially on my first ascent. It was late September. When I started at the bottom of the Tuckerman Ravine it was sunny, warm and pleasant. Four hours later, when I reached the top, it was so foggy I didn't know where to go at first, breezy, and in the upper 30s! That's when the chili was really good!
