Starting a new channel (By NO means am I a mechanic)
I have a plum metallic 73 401 go pac A/C At
Sweet.
You have do a video for your channel
I like this job 👌 good luck
To me, you’re like the “Charlie” in Charlie’s Angels!! Nobody’s ever seen you……only just ever been heard. Bruce out!!!
Just a thought, and not a mechanic in anyway myself. I’m just gunna suggest this, and if I’m way out to lunch, someone speak up. As you’ve sprayed Move It on the parts, is it a bad idea to hook up the battery and crank the ignition for literally 1sec to see if you could just crack the rust seal. Then reapply a heavy lube spray over everything again and exercise the rest occasionally by hand. Anyone who might suggest otherwise, speak up as I don’t wanna ruin a good thing!!!! Well done GFo4!!! Bruce out!!!
I love the commitment DFoF!!! Keep it up, you’ll git er dun soon!!!
Use a 6pt socket and a breaker bar. A 12 point wrench will end up stripping the head of the bolt
Thank you for the suggestion
Me and Tom
WOW!!! Thanks Captain!!! You’re awesome Jason!!! Bruce out!!
All original
@DennisCollins
Gonna be a beauty when it’s restored!
Your right. Maybe this year on the road to do car shows.
@@dogfatherof4 How did you figure the 1 of 1.
@gordocarbo I did lots of hrs of hunting for 1 that was a match. After years of looking, some are similar, but the 401 and go pack with power steering, disk breaks in front, plum paint, slap stick trans, and other options it is the classic white Buffalo in my opinion. That's what matters.
What a sweetheart
Sell it
What a cutie pie!
Bob
Yes Bob is his name.
Only 825 came with the 401 and I believe this is the only plum with go pack.
If you were to sell it what would you want? In Ca looking for a retirement daily to mess with in about 6 mo.
@gordocarbo Well, it would be over 20k.
Only one exists?
Where did you buy that Jack toys ur use.
Actually I bought the jack at Toys' R Us
@@dogfatherof4 I was just being a jerk you're kidding me right.
@frankdodson3534 I thank you for the reply. Being a jerk isn't the end of the world. If you had had the sound on and listened, you would be able to know where the life-saving jack was bought.
@@dogfatherof4 I'm wearing earbuds and I do have a hearing problems. Have a good night.
Brake fluid in the cylinders and let sit overnight also works pretty good
Thanks for the helpful information
Glad to see that I have made it into your concise. You need to be professional so as people on your own channel don't turn on you for being a dick. I will let this one slide as i am overwhelming you with great content. Next time name your channel.
Can somebody please offer him some advice? Everyday he’s asking questions because clearly by no means is he a mechanic!!! Somebody?? Anybody??
Well Mr cool Geerage 1 of us must rise to the top with action and suspense. Thank you for your help in getting the job done. CRUSHING IT!
Great video!!! Interesting watching you work your way thru the build!!!! Well done my friend!!!! If I knew more about mechanics I’d chime in!!!! Come on guys!!! Anyone help him? He’s needing your wisdom!!!! Please help, clearly he has no idea!!! Bahahahaha!!!
Pull the sparkplugs and spray penetrating oil in the cylinders (aerokroil works great), or mix up some acetone and automatic transmission fluid to squirt in there. Let it soak for a few days, then try to roll the engine over with a breaker bar on the crank bolt, or pull the starter and use a prybar on the ring gear teeth.
That is a big help. Thank you for taking the time to help. I will try that for sure.
I’m ur #1 like!!! I’d sport ur gear!!! Maybe the channels Cool Geerage and 4crazydogs could join forces!!! Bahahahaha!!! Send it!!!
and it still looks like shit what fking waste of your life
imagine being this toxic for absolutely no fucking reason your parents must be real proud of the piece of garbage they raised
I have been trying to restore this car and by NO means am I a mechanic. So your bad comments are welcome as well as good ones. Thanks for the reply
That’s a nice winter project right in your garage bud 🙌🏾🔥
Real beauty some new rims & a new paint job 💅 easy 50 ball Voorhees anyone say other wise off a 🎱 😂
Looks like a fun project!!!
Grizzly gaz needs to see this he has a dog just like that.
Does anyone know of an AMX same year, color and 401? I think this is the only one. My opinion if 825 rolled off the lot this has to be the only one left.

Give some ideas for starting this sleeping beauty. The body was sprayed with rust protection in the early 80s. So wet sanding and polishing. Passengers rear and door done. Have all crome as well.
So much for the constant “boil water advisory” you live with eh??
So cute
