World was a kid's mistake in an imaginary friend way. His creator's mom and dad had him lock up like an animal in a toy box. The silly little imaginary world Mr Herriman called it was another dimension within the toy box.

Pocket dimensions. The portals that open them could be anything. Like a metal water bottle for exmpale. Or a toy box. Even an evil samuai's gourd.

The Toy box is some kind of pocket dimension. It's ashamed that was used to create a fancy for children at first.

MR. Herriman is an idiot. WORLD is a face without real body. A kid from China created him. Most toy boxes were made to keep when their owners aren't playing.

This is one of the many moments in the series where I dislike Mr. Herriman the most. The Fosters gang had everything with World under control, but then Herriman had to show up out of nowhere and make things worse by opening his big bucktoothed mouth, I mean to say that he overreacted and went too far would be an understatement.
