My sacral would go crazy if it would be restricted by methods like time or day blocking, routines and all those things. It craves maximal freedom and flexibility in order to get moving. I learnt this very late in my life while wondering why I have such a hard time with the usual systems. So I was rather hoping to find more inspiration for more flexible methods.
