Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts Full Ride POV - Diagon Alley -Universal Studios Florida
Epic Theme Parks Presents - Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts located in Diagon Alley is an indoor steel roller coaster designed by Universal Creative and built by Intamin at Universal Studios Florida, a theme park located within the Universal Orlando Resort. Similar to dark rides, the roller coaster utilizes special effects in a controlled-lighting environment and also employs motion-based 3-D projection of both animation and live-action sequences to enhance the experience. The ride, which is themed to the Gringotts Wizarding Bank, became the flagship attraction for the expanded Wizarding World of Harry Potter when it opened on July 8, 2014.

I’m going to ride this next month during the Informer. What a secret for overcoming the bumps and the lift?😂 Super nervous. Was told it’s bumpy like Space Mountain at WDW. I’ll take a Motrin!😂
Lucky the Informer with be a blast! Just lay back and enjoy the lift take in the views of the lights etc, it’s a bit bumpy but it’s not bad, I prefer to keep my head forward and off the back of the seat, this will make it seem smoother. It’s a great ride, they removed all but 5 songs from it, watch our how to video that’s linked on this short to access the secret song list if you don’t know how to do it already. Have so much Universal fun!

I went in April for the first time and went by myself. I love that they have single lines and almost all of the rides the majority of the time the single rider line was quicker than even express. I never had to wait for Forbidden journey. Green Gots was usually a walk on sometimes had to wait 15 minutes. Other single rider lines were a walk on to 15 minutes.

So you would rather middle row over back row!?
Good question, back row is great for airtime but it feels the slowest to me, middle row is a good mix of speed and airtime. If I had to pick I’d say I prefer middle but front, back and middle are all great!

A vertical drop
When I first rode cannibal, I was jarred by the 116 degree drop. I still love that ride. Brings back nice memories of going on Wicked right after.
Thanks for sharing, the drop is amazing. Especially after riding up the vertical lift. Wicked is great too! That is a fun memory.
