the title is misleading, for example, a medium banana contains 24 grams of carbohydrate. A watermelon has 12 grams of carbs per cup! The title says 16 foods with ZERO carbs and sugar. Thumbs down and reported as misleading.

It shouldn’t never be about losing weight, but rather health of course losing visceral fat is a part of being healthy but eat for health and not how you look is the key and the weight will take care of itself. This doctor sounds like a marketing salesman more than having genuine care for your health. Check out Dr. Ken Kerry or Chaffee and you will be glad you did. Again it’s about health but I did lose 150 lbs
