Love a good Old Fashioned. I make mine a bit more involved. LOL I actually use some of the orange in mine plus a Luxardo Cherrie and some of the syrup from the jar. 7 dashes of bitters . . . yes SEVEN! I also add a splash of club soda as well. Brandy, Whiskey, or Bourbon - whatever I'm feeling at that moment. It's like fall in a glass. :) cheers!

Congrats! Yes, I have always used some sort of motivation for me. I need some new motivation now. ☺I am having some health issues with weight, currently, but, I also have thyroid issues and take meds for it, but it often fluctuates and it takes time to get things dialed back in, and I am on a beta blocker, which inhibits weight loss, meaning, I have to do DOUBLE what people my age have to do, and as I approach 60, its getting frustrating. And I don't eat much. Thanks for this!
