Hi everyone, if during the video I have referred to the Holy Spirit as "it" that is definitely an error on my part. It's the Jamaican in me replacing pronouns with "it" and also I'm relearning certain Biblical phrases. The Holy Spirit is definitely a person and He dwells in us and with us. (John 14:17). The Father, the Son & the Holy Spirit are all one (the Trinity). Thanks to the person who brought it to my attention 🫶.

Mash 3-4 overripe bananas Add: 2 eggs 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 almond milk 1 1/2 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking soda, baking powder & vanilla extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon & salt MIX Well PRE-heat oven to approx. 325 degrees if baking in glass baking pan. 355 degrees if metal. (Glass bakes more quickly than metal & retains heat even after removing from oven so reduce temperature so your desert won’t burn) Add Chocolate chips & blended almonds Bake for 40-50 mins Soak with Wine🍷(optional) ENJOY! 😊 🤤
