Não acho que tenha fugido da realidade. Todas as técnicas demonstradas são simples. É claro que exigirá da pessoa o treino constante. E obviamente, em uma situação real, o agressor não é tão passivo quanto quem está agindo como se fosse um agressor no vídeo. Na realidade, qualquer pessoa que treine uma arte marcial por exemplo, sabe que quando estamos em sparring, randori ou como se chamar em sua modalidade. Não é algo bonito e coreografado. E nem por isso, as técnicas que aprendemos são ineficientes. Elas só serão usadas em um ambiente adverso.
