Das waren noch goldende Zeiten, als die LGB-Freunde-Hof, über jahrehinweg, auf dem "Hofer Weihnachtsmarkt" eine Modellbahn ausgestellt haben.
Jedes Jahr ein anders Thema.

Wayn`s iron ore mining ist eine 6,25 mtr. lange Pendelstrecke auf meiner "Dry Creek - Cactus Valley " Modellbahn. Hier pendelt das LGB chen mit zwei Bachmann "woodside dump cars" zwischen Wayn`s mine und der Verladung hin und her. Auf den ESU-Loksound-Decoder sind die Bremsgeschwindigkeiten und Aufendhaltsdauer programmiert. Viel Spass beim Ansehen wünscht Thomas der Westernbahner

In aufwändiger Arbeit entstand im Modell eine Nachbildung einer "Steam Porter Lokomotive 0-4-0T" der ehemaligen " American River Land & Lumber Company" am Pino Grande in Kalifornien. What smoke unit did you use for the blowdown steam out the sides? Do you think whistle steam is possible? Also, how was the bell made to swing? With magnets?
please excuse the late reply. At the front of the boiler is an ESU Dual smoke generator. The smoke is led to the steam whistle and the steam engine via hoses. The bell is moved by a micro motor located in the driver's cab. Under the train driver sits a servo that moves the arm.

🚂Yes! Except for the Rockwood train station and the water tower, both by POLA, all of the buildings are self-built. Many also have interior furnishings, so the saloon also has a piano, bar as well as chairs and tables. Ashtrays are also included. Thank`s!🚂
