As it is ultimately true that we are pure and holy nondual consciousness it is also true that relatively we are also human beings while having a human body. I disagree with the Hindu practice of ignoring the body and treating it as if it is some kind of disease. There have been more than one Spiritual Master who died of cancer which should never be with a Holy, Spiritual Master. It is the way of Heaven to discipline the internal spirits that dwell in the body. To help them become pure and holy and not treat them as the enemy. Every person is the King or Queen of their bodies and are little Universes within the vast Universe. We are to first purify our thoughts, words and deeds and also purity all the trillions of spirits and cells in our bodies. They are living things that deserve our love and care. We are to become living sons and daughters of God in mind, heart, word, deeds and body until we pass from this dimension. Humans do not realize all the stress and negative emotions they flood their little Universe with on a constant daily practice and then wonder why the body gets sick. The cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, man made crap they call food and then the trillions of thoughts and words judging their own bodies for the way it looks compared to the Hollywood male and female models. I lived in ignorance too and have asked my internal spirits and trillions of cells to forgive my ignorance and I thank them for working so hard to keep this body well until I awakened from being blinded by the false light, some call satan, that rules this world for now. Eckhart Tolle teaches to spend time feeling the body to access The Eternal Now that is always there. If you ever do this spend time every day sending love, joy, peace, contentment and all good emotions to every cell in your body. It is up to you as the ruler under the One Universal MInd to do this for your people.

I am glad that Paul Brunton and Bhavagan Maharshi are getting the attention they are getting. They were extremely important events in the World MInd if humans are going to be saved from destroying themselves. Eckhart Tolle and others are doing the same now.

By going through the day asking myself, "Who Am I?" an internal shift occurred and what's left is sat-chit-ananda! Peace Joy Love and Happiness!! The process was so simple!! Years of book reading and video watching all boiled down to one simple exercise!!
