The song that says no to anxiety. Anthony's depiction of how it feels to overcome anxiety, after a long battle, and the way distractions can become a coping mechanism. Focusing on empowerment, like that of Anthony's other songs. I hope it means something to you and at least one person can take some positivity from it :)

Use Sudocrem! Yes E45 for moisture but Sudocream or any nappy rash cream as a night time sleep mask will work wonders for your skin!! It’s the zinc oxide it’s amazing a skin healing so your skin barrier from your condition will thank you. You will look like caps the ghost but that’s ok 😂 that’s how I sleep every night. Best results do it when your down and not going to go out of the house for the day so it has time to work into the skin before sleep
