@@praizzzeGod The national guard from all over the US has been deployed to NC (looks like 200+ vehicles and aircraft, and 500+ soldiers and airmen), including 1k army personnel from the federal government. The Kentucky Air National guard has also deployed 11 airmen to NC on Oct 1st. Some of this info may be a bit outdated since the situation is evolving, but it seems they need all the help they can get.
Private city here showing up the next day in helicopters, after 2 days they where grounded by FEMA and local law enforcement.
