Don't know if I like this version of Spawn. He's best known for his cape and his chains, neither of which are actually in the game, as they'd be too difficult to animate. Instead, he gets an ax that I'm pretty sure he never uses or has in the actual comics.

I'm very late here, but this misses one of Mitsurugi's most important CH starters: CH 3A -> 3B -> 236B CH 3A -> 4KB CH 3A -> 236[B] 15 frame mid with ok tracking and safe on block that leads to a whopping 91 damage on CH, or other options available for ring out potentially. Same applies with 33_99A as well
