Recently learned another option. Speak positive, blessings, love and the like over water then drink it. Speak of all energy you would release over water. Then use the water for your house plants or animals to transmute the energy back to the collective or universe. I like both ways-fire and water. Go well on your journey. 💜💫

The trippy thing is many people come to conclusions like this after high dose psychedelics and its actually the wrong conclusion. Sometimes narratives from society affecting us are unconsciously affecting us to change our personal truth but that personal truth was actually wrong in the first place. Seems like the point is to align the personal reality to the aid of ones own health so that our reality isnt changed from the outside in and we gotta figure out what happened good or bad.
